Early Calling (2017)
In 2017, during 21 days of deep reflection in fasting and prayer, I kept asking God about His plans and purpose for my life. I knew He had blessed me with multiple gifts and talents, but with all these abilities, I wanted to understand God’s actual plan for my life. In response, God revealed to me that his purpose was for me to impact the younger generation across boarders, specifically individuals between the ages of 18 and 40. I was excited yet uncertain about how to go about it. However, inspiration kept coming, and over time, I realized that the path He wanted me to take was mentorship—specifically in the areas of leadership and management.
At the time, I had a personal ambition to establish a private security outlet, as I am a licensed private security expert. However, despite my efforts, the venture was not productive. Meanwhile, since 2014, I had been actively involved in organizational growth and leadership development, helping businesses and individuals succeed. I later understood that God was leading me in a different direction—toward mentorship and leadership training.
Divine Confirmation & Founding (January 2025)
In January 2025, during a 40-days fasting and prayer, God made the vision clear and gave me the command to begin. With this divine confirmation, I carefully documented the blueprint of the vision, and thus, SMART LEADERS IMPACT HUB was born.
Our Five Dimensions of Wealth
SMART LEADERS IMPACT HUB is designed to build young leaders across the globe who will experience growth and prosperity in five key dimensions of wealth:
- Spiritual Wealth – A strong foundation in faith and purpose.
- Physical Wealth – Good health and wellness.
- Mental Wealth – Intellectual and emotional intelligence.
- Social Wealth – A profitable network of valuable and successful people.
- Economic Wealth – Financial independence and economic empowerment.
Since its inception, the organization has been growing remarkably. Currently, we have assembled a management team of about 28 people across Nigeria, Benin Rep, and Togo Rep as we prepare for the official public launch.
Looking back, I see how God had been using me for mentorship even before I officially started. Since my 2017 encounter, young people have been coming to me for guidance, and I have helped them find clarity and direction in life. Many who were once uncertain about their paths are now flourishing in various fields.
Interestingly, two years ago, when I was about to start, God restrained me and instructed me to first complete a special assignment—supervising the building of my district church. Only after that project was completed would I be allowed to move forward with my own vision.
Next Steps
Now that God has given me the order to begin, we have already set plans in motion. Currently, I am conducting a six-month training program for our management team. Once this training is completed, we will officially launch the Hub, allowing more people between ages 18 and 40 to become members and partake in this vision as we trust God for global impact.
