In January 2025, after a 40-day season of fasting and prayer, SLIH’s lead servant & visioneer, Dr. Ananti C. Smart, received a clear mandate: to equip and empower young change makers, ages 18–40, across the world in five dimensions of wealth: spiritual, physical, mental, social, and economic. What began in 2017 as personal reflection and informal mentorship rapidly evolved into a vision for a truly holistic leadership ecosystem. From guiding students over coffee to hosting strategy sessions for budding entrepreneurs, Dr. Smart saw the transformational power of community and intentional growth—so SLIH was born.
SMART LEADERS IMPACT HUB exists to raise a new generation of globally relevant young leaders empowered across the five dimensions of wealth: spiritual, physical, mental, social, and economic. We are committed to building leaders of character, capacity, and compassion who will multiply impact by raising other transformational leaders across nations.
